Warm atmosphere, friendly staff

this is absolutely the most disappointing hotel ever. oh and the food? tasteless, i thought i was in a soup kitchen, not an all-inclusive resort! i woudl ve enjoyed it more if they had bothered to upgrade my room—how rude! also, good luck finding a clean towel that doesn’t smell like a wet dog!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, the hotel is right on the beach with easy access and great amenities, including a welcoming atmosphere and outdoor swimming pool providing the perfect spot for relaxation.

I stayed here for four nights, and sure, the staff were simply lovely, always helping out with a smile. The beach was a grand spot for sunbathing. Just a shame the food started gettin' a bit repetitive after a few days.

Consider visiting the sister hotel for better entertainment options and a more extensive drink menu.

Having recently enjoyed a stay, the beach access was splendid, and the atmosphere was incredibly friendly with staff that genuinely tried to make the experience comfortable. The handmade pasta offered at the buffet was a delightful highlight, giving a special touch to the food options available. the service in the bars was inconsistent, with some staff appearing disinterested or lacking in training. Room cleanliness could also use improvement, and the limited food variety became repetitive over several days.

The resort had a charming beach bar and fantastic pools for the kids to enjoy. We loved the evening entertainment with some talented belly dancers. It was great laughter-filled evenings that made our stay so much more fun.

My kids wished the dining options were more family-friendly.

Had a fantastic stay! The water slides were a total blast, and we spent hours at the poolside snack bar—those nachos were yummy!

Positive, The location offers convenient access to a lovely sand beach and an enjoyable aquapark. Room and common areas are clean, adding to the relaxing vibe. The food options are diverse and tasty, complemented by a friendly animation team. I felt welcomed throughout my three nights.

this trip to hurghada was a delightful surprise! i initially visited to scout for future stays and found empire beach to be better than i expected during our anniversary celebration. the warm atmosphere, especially from the helpful staff and the relaxing beach setup, made our experience memorable.

Oh, the variety of food was a delight, especially the breakfast eggs that stood out among the many dishes! The property's vibe made me feel at home, wrapped in friendly interactions with Ahmed and Mohamed at reception, and the fun antics of the animation team ensured a memorable stay. Plus, the garden was so peaceful, just perfect for unwinding.

The cleanliness was subpar, and I found the beach access quite enjoyable.
